Job Summary We invite seasoned professionals in the field to bring their expertise to our vibrant technology team, contributing to impactful local and international digital health projects within the public health technology sector. Reporting to the Technical Director or Lead Analyst, you will collaborate closely with technical teams to analyse and design solutions, ensuring seamless integration between business and technology.

Experience and Technical / Professional Knowledge:

• Partner with clients to understand problem domains, elicit requirements, and document functional specifications
• Facilitate key inputs to and from technical teams using Agile methodologies
• Document solution designs, including architecture, data models, diagrams, and integration specifications
• Manage the product backlog and priorities throughout the software delivery cycle
• Perform Product Owner roles, overseeing the QA team with test cases and testing
• Manage technical documentation for testers and implementers
• Navigate ongoing relationship priorities among business partners and clients
• Develop high-quality reports to mitigate risk and maximize client satisfaction
• 10+ years of demonstrated experience as a business analyst, product owner, or related expert
• Relevant degree or recognized qualification in Informatics, Systems Analysis, or public health
• Experience with agile software development methodologies
• Experience with planning and product delivery management software such as JIRA
• Experience working in the public health sector and/or digital health
• Excellent communication skills and ability to facilitate positive outcomes
• Superior analytical skills and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work across projects in a complex ecosystem with competing priorities
