Role Summary:

This role will be reporting into the client training team (80%) and the learning technology team (20%). As a Learning Administrator, you will manage, support and coordinate our learning initiatives related to programme delivery and digital learning offerings aimed at clients.

Qualifications / Certifications required:

B-Com degree preferable

Experience required:

4 years +

Responsibilities of role:

Client training programmes support:

Execute on tasks / deliverables associated with programme coordination.

Overall client training programme coordination / management

Scheduling and managing client training initiatives on a project by project basis

Creating annual project plan to manage with stakeholders annually

Scheduling and coordinating diaries for events

Managing promotional campaigns on social media and internally

Maintain client data

Invoice management for the various programmes

Client liaison

Website management

Supporting adhoc L&D projects

Stakeholder management

Research thought leadership relevant for client events

Source local and global subject matter experts for client events

Automate processes to improve efficiency

Africa Business School network management which includes arranging annual conferences and quarterly meetings.

L&D Technology team requirements:

Execute on tasks / deliverables associated with LMS administration

In-person training management, including people and content administration

Virtual and online training administration, including people, content and finance administration

Curricula management - learning systems

Enrolling learners and assigning programmes

Standard Reporting/Metrics regarding training activities

Maintenance of documentation, templates and best practices on the LMS

Skill sets required:

Self-managed, innovative, self-starter, problem-solver, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team-player, excellent prioritisation, organisational skills and detail-oriented.

Role related attributes:

Preferable experience in Learning and development with a keen interest in Technology. Experience with LMS or related systems. Ability to interact with various stakeholders at various levels of seniority.

Industry experience required:

Up to 4 years experience as an Administrator / junior Consultant in a learning and development / human resources team.Preferably in the professional / financial services sector, not essential. Experience with learning technology would be a strong added advantage
