Live-Out Position
Requirements:
Require the services of a reliable and experienced Kitchen Pass Controller.
Responsible for managing the pass area in the kitchen, ensuring
efficient communication between the kitchen staff and front-of house team.
Ensures that dishes are prepared, plated, and delivered to guests in a timely
and accurate manner while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety.
Experience with a 4/5* Hotel / Guest House non-negotiable.
