Requirements:
Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role
Strong leadership & interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations and equipment
Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Culinary qualification (preferred)
Food handler's certificate (advantageous)
Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food prep, cooking & plating
Maintain high standards of food quality & presentation
Manage and lead kitchen staff - hiring, training & scheduling
Monitor stock levels & place orders accordingly
Ensure strict hygiene, health & safety compliance
Collaborate on menu development and updates
Manage food costs & kitchen budget
Resolve kitchen-related issues professionally
Maintain kitchen equipment & cleanliness
Keep up with industry trends and innovations
Package on Offer:
