Live-Out Position
Requirements:
Responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, inventory management, and staff supervision.
Ensure that the kitchen operates efficiently, meets health and safety regulations, and delivers high-quality food to the customer.
Responsible for creating menus, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen equipment.
Must have experience with 4/5* star hotels and lodges non negotiable
