Kitchen Manager
Job Description
Bossa Tygerfalls is seeking a experienced kitchen manager.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Personnel management
2. Daily stock control and rotation
3. Daily bulk portioning on Pilot POS
4. Attention to detail
5. Very good meat cutting ability and understanding of what a good yield is for different meat cuts
6. Ability to coordinate/run a kitchen under immense pressure situations
7. Clear understanding of exceptional hygiene regulations
