Permanent Contract - Monthly Paid

As our Kitchen Cleaner, you will ensure the general cleanliness of the kitchen and other general public & waste areas in the hotel property. You will contribute to the team's ability to achieve departmental targets and objectives and the hotel. Working in the Kitchen Department, you will provide innovative and well-presented food in all outlets according to guest requirements whilst maintaining a high standard of hygiene, cost-effectiveness and quality.

Along with your Matric Certificate or equivalent, you have 1 year's experience in the same or/and similar positions and can work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Relevant experience in a 4* establishment will set you apart from the rest. You have an excellent attendance and performance track record with a can-do attitude and follow through on actions promptly with minimum supervision. You demonstrate tenacity and the ability to perform in fast moving environment.

You must demonstrate a service-oriented attitude, always keen on meeting others' needs with excellence. Your ability to show initiative will be valuable. Cooperation is equally essential, demonstrating your ability to work harmoniously with others for a common purpose. Your adaptability will come into play in this rapidly evolving environment, showcasing your ability to embrace change and thrive. Lastly, your dutifulness and your commitment to performing tasks with a high level of care and responsibility will be of utmost importance.
