A tertiary qualification, ideally a Sciences or related qualification or previous sales experience selling chemical raw materials into the Industrial and detergent manufacturing Industries is essential.
Previous experience having managed Key Accounts and Principals within the Industrial and Detergent Industries is essential.
The successful candidate must have good communication and computer skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Manage Senior Key Accounts and Suppliers and product sourcing.
Oversee and develop new business.
Ensure that stock levels are enough for Customers orders and forecasts.
Manage and handle all Customer queries.
Ensure that monthly and quarterly budgets are met.
Prepare presentations on specific products and present them to Customer panels.
Ensure that orders are delivered according to requirements.
Assist Customers with new product development and technical support.
Report to Principal Suppliers regarding opportunities that have been identified.
Develop forecast, budgets and the costings of products and product range.
Visit and attend trade shows and visit Principal Supplier for training and relationship development.
