The Key Accounts Manager Bus at MAN Financial Services (South Africa) (RF) (PTY) LTD is responsible for managing and growing strategic client relationships with Key BUS Customers ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. The Key Accounts Manager serves as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, delivering tailored financial solutions and coordinating internal resources to meet client needs.
Manage a portfolio of key Bus accounts
Attend meetings with MAN Automotive where required
Collate documentation required for customer onboarding
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Identify client needs and propose appropriate financial solutions
Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Monitor account performance and client satisfaction
Prepare and present regular account reviews and performance reports
Support regional sales strategies and contribute to business development
Prepare the application to be submitted to credit
Signing of contracts and securities as required by credit approval
