We are seeking to appoint a Key Accounts Coordinator III (Link) - Inland to support all Inland Link and independent pharmacy customers where necessary. The candidate will report into the Key Account Manager.

Job Purpose:
To provide support to the national and key account managers, by coordinating and organizing all critical functions linked to the service level agreements within the Link channel, in line with the UPD strategic and Group objectives
Key Performance Areas:
To efficiently offer support to the Key Account team, communication and correspondence with key stakeholders, as well as the efficient delivery of any other relevant tasks as and when required, in order to provide the necessary support to the Key Accounts Manager in a professional manner
To assist in managing inventory levels by compiling daily stock reports
To manage, resolve and provide feedback on day-to-day customer and client care queries on time using identified business tools / email (collection, delivery and non-delivery issues).
To liaise, co-ordinate and follow up on special customer deliveries.
To generate, compile and distribute reports and stats when required.
To liaise with customers on orders, as well as create and circulate to the relevant departments.
To proactively identify areas within UPD where process efficiencies can be improved and provide solutions to consistently reduce costs.
To manage day to day adhoc requests from customers (including invoices, POD's)
Compile KPI reports in conjunction with Key Account Manager.

Minimum requirements
Minimum Education & Qualification:
Matric
Post matric certificate/qualification in administration/customer care (desirable)
Nursing experience would be advantageous (hospital key accounts coordinator)
NB: Must have own reliable transport and valid driver's licence
Minimum Job Related Experience:
2 - 3 years' experience in areas of customer care preferably with some experience in pharmaceutical/retail/healthcare.
2 - 3 years' experience in visiting customers face to face
