Qualification and Skills Requirements

  • Minimum grade 12.
  • 3 5 years experience in a similar position in the Telecommunication sector.
  • Proven track record in achieving set targets.
  • Ability to work under pressure and fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge and experience of marketing, selling and client relationship management.
  • Good planning and time-management skills.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proactive and takes ownership of assigned tasks.
Duties and responsibilities
  • Lead forecast Sell in / Sell Through and Sell Out for key clients in the region.
  • Plan, Lead, implement and monitor the marketing activity for key clients.
  • Lead the business development
  • Resolving key client issues and complaints.
  • Manage communications between key clients and internal teams.
  • Provide overall operational management to ensure effective clients product and service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (eg: quarterly sales results and annual forecast).
