Job Description
Our client in the Telecommunications industry is currently looking for a Client Relationship/Key Account Manager to join their team, in Johannesburg.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the well-being and growth of the companyxe2x80x99s client base.
- Relationship building with existing and potential prospects.
- Cross and upsell of services to client base.
- Contract negotiations.
- Pipeline Management.
- Business Networking.
- Account Management.
- Client Retention.
- Revenue growth.
- Manage Clients.
- 2 - 5 years Client/Customer Support/Key Account Management experience.
- Telecoms or Office Automation experience.
- Must have a valid driver's license + own reliable vehicle.
- Grade 12/Matric.
- Basic of R20 000 CTC per month
- Medical Aid
