Destiny Placements is excited to offer an entry level opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven Human Resources Assistant - little to no experinece required. This is a fantastic chance for college students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in HR within a dynamic and supportive environment.


As an intern, you will support the HR function of the business in various daily operations and projects, which will help you develop valuable skills and insights into both fields. You will play an integral role in learning about recruitment processes, employee engagement initiatives, and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with recruitment efforts such as job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. Support onboarding processes, including preparing welcome materials and conducting orientation sessions. Help maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events. Assist with payroll preparation and data entry tasks. Support the finance operations in organizing HR and financial documents and preparing reports. Gain exposure to payroll and accounts payable and receivable processes. Prepare tax and compliance information. Collaborate on special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Recent graduate of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR, finance, or both. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and Word). Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. A willingness to learn and take on new challenges. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
