The Role:

We're now looking for a junior-mid-level Graphic Designer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is ideal for a designer who wants to build depth, confidence, and range - someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values strong design fundamentals, and is eager to grow within an established, high-performance company.



You'll work closely with our creative, production, and project teams, contributing to a wide range of deliverables across live-event collateral, presentations, print, and digital assets. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility, visibility, and room for growth.

Non-Negotiables:

Relevant qualification in Graphic Design. 2-4 years of hands-on design experience (agency, in-house, or live-event environment). Proven proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Strong understanding of core design principles (typography, hierarchy, spacing, alignment, consistency). Solid layout and DTP skills with excellent attention to detail. Experience producing a range of deliverables, including presentations, print, digital assets, and event materials. Comfortable working across content creation, mock-ups, layouts, and presentation design. Confident in PowerPoint, including clean layouts, structured decks, and presentation templates. Able to work accurately within supplied CI and brand guidelines. Comfortable managing multiple deliverables under pressure and adapting to changing scope and tight deadlines. A collaborative, positive attitude, with the ability to work independently when required.

Bonus Skills:

Exposure to events and live-experience design (screens, signage, print, presentations). Basic motion design skills (After Effects or similar).

The Basics:

Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Punctuality and reliability are essential.

Place of Work:

This is a full-time, office-based role, with occasional on-site work at venues or studios for recce visits, set-up days, and event days. Our offices are based in the Rosebank business hub.

Office Hours:

Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00



Flexibility required based on project and event schedules
