Responsibilities

Web Design

• Collaborate with clients to conceptualise creative and innovative design ideas.
• Test, refine, and enhance the design aspects of client websites to ensure optimal user experience.
• Establish and adhere to design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
• Maintain the visual consistency and integrity of websites by enforcing content standards.
• Create visually appealing imagery for websites while aligning them with client branding.
• Utilise various content management systems to manage and update website content.
• Implement functionalities and features into websites to enhance user engagement.
• Develop design plans and present website structures to clients for approval.

Domain Management

• Take charge of managing all FITS (Framework for Information Technology Services) and client domains.
• Maintain accurate records of domain registrations, renewals, and related activities.

Client Communication

• Effectively communicate with clients to understand their design requirements and objectives.
• Keep clients informed about the progress of their projects and address any inquiries.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of web design principles and practices.
• Familiarity with WordPress, Elementor, HTML, and CSS is a plus.
• Interest in staying updated with the latest web design and development trends.
• Knowledge of SEO concepts and their importance in website design.
• Strong communication skills for client interactions.
• Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and design details.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.

Experience

• No experience is required, but familiarity with WordPress, Elementor, HTML, CSS, and SEO is a plus
