Junior Warehouse Manager

who can keep the energy high, the processes sharp, and the team firing on all cylinders.

If you've got the chops to lead people, smooth out chaos, and spot a smarter way of doing things before anyone else, this is your gig.

What you'll be doing

Leading from the front

- Motivate and guide your team through busy shifts. You're not a clipboard manager -- you're on the floor, side by side with the crew.

Keeping things moving

- Monitor pick/pack flow, check accuracy, and jump in to fix roadblocks before they cause delays.

Finding better ways

- Spot clunky processes and work with the Senior Warehouse Manager to streamline them.

Growing your people

- Train newbies, coach the team, and build a culture where everyone brings their best.

Staying on top of stock

- Keep an eye on inventory movements, chase down discrepancies, and make sure our numbers add up.

Safety first

- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workspace (no cowboy shortcuts).

Team player vibes

- Partner with HR, Ops, and other teams when processes or people need extra support.

What we're looking for

A diploma/degree in logistics, supply chain, operations, or equivalent experience. Previous warehouse/logistics/operations experience -- you know the pace, and you can handle it. Leadership experience -- you know how to get people working together. Bonus: HR exposure -- training, coaching, or handling tricky people stuff. Google Suite whizz (Docs, Sheets, Drive). Organised, proactive, and always ready to roll up your sleeves.
