Junior Structural / Civil Engineer
Job Description
This client is a leading steel engineering company specialising in the design, manufacture, and installation of steel structures for renewable energy and industrial projects. They provide end-to-end solutions from conceptual design, through fabrication, to on-site assembly. The company values innovation, technical excellence, and offers exposure to hands-on projects in the solar and steel construction industries.
You will assist with drafting, designing, and reviewing steel structures for solar plants and industrial projects. Support the engineering team in creating technical drawings, layouts, and 3D models. Coordinate with fabrication and installation teams to ensure that designs are practical and compliant. Conduct site visits, assist with problem-solving, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BTech or BEng in Structural or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year experience in steel structure design or drafting, ideally in solar or industrial projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD software.
- Knowledge of structural engineering principles, fabrication processes, and construction standards.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills
