Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Plating and presenting food items as per restaurant standards
- Receiving deliveries and making sure orders items are correct and to the best quality
- Maintaining Health & Safety standards
- Manage stock control, stock counts, rotation, wastage and spoilage
- Running the pass, coordinating various meal periods
- Any other duties as required on a day to day basis
- Diploma in Culinary arts
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- 2-3 years experience as a Senior CDP
- Computer literate
- Flexible and adaptable
- Leadership skills
- Management
- Communication
- Innovative
- Problem solving skills
- Stays away from company politics
