Job Description


Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Plating and presenting food items as per restaurant standards
  • Receiving deliveries and making sure orders items are correct and to the best quality
  • Maintaining Health & Safety standards
  • Manage stock control, stock counts, rotation, wastage and spoilage
  • Running the pass, coordinating various meal periods
  • Any other duties as required on a day to day basis
Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Culinary arts
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans
  • 2-3 years experience as a Senior CDP
  • Computer literate
