.About the Role
We're looking for a
Junior Sales Representative
to work under the guidance of aSales Manager
, learning the business from the ground up. No prior sales experience is required -- we want someone with theright attitude
, strongpeople skills
, and thedrive to learn
and grow.This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate, someone early in their career, or anyone who thrives on relationship-building and wants to enter the industrial/manufacturing sales space.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Sales Manager with client communication, quoting, and order follow-ups Visit clients (when ready) to
build relationships and represent the brand
Learn how tosell industrial/manufacturing products
effectively Assist with general sales tasks andsales administration
Help with lead generation, cold calling, and following up with potential clients Develop a strong understanding ofrubber and silicone manufacturing products
and processesRequirements
Driver's licence
andown vehicle
- must be willing and able to travel for work Strongcommunication

Reliable, presentable, andtrustworthy
Eagerness to learn,take initiative
