We are a growing provider in the cleaning and hygiene industry, offering tailored services including post-construction cleaning, commercial cleaning , and hygiene solutions. We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Junior Sales Representative to join our team. This role is commission-based with high earning potential and ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about sales, enjoys meeting new people, and has a drive for success.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new leads and actively seek out sales opportunities in residential, commercial, and construction sectors. Conduct site visits and consultations to assess client needs and provide tailored cleaning and hygiene service proposals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals. Represent the company professionally at networking events and client meetings. Negotiate contracts and close deals with confidence. Keep up to date with industry trends, service offerings, and competitor activity. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and feedback.
Requirements:

Previous sales experience is advantageous but not required , training and support provided. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Must have own reliable transport and a valid driver's license. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for achieving targets. Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule. Familiarity with the cleaning and hygiene industry would be a great help
