Your Role: What You'll Do as a Junior Sales Representative
As a Junior Sales Representative at Agrigistics, you'll be the crucial
first point of contact
, sparking interest and building initial relationships with potential clients across these vital sectors and related hands-on industries.
Your primary mission will be to:
Identify and Engage:
Proactively reach out to and engage potential new clients (we call them market-qualified leads or MQLs).
Understand & Qualify:
Have initial conversations to learn about their current operational challenges and see if Agrigistics is a good fit for them.
Articulate Value:
Clearly explain how our platform - with its
tight payroll integration, diverse clocking options, and real-time data
- can solve their specific problems and improve their business.
Secure Demonstrations:
Effectively set the stage and schedule compelling sales demonstrations for our Account Executives, ensuring a smooth handover.
Manage Your Pipeline:
Keep clear and accurate records of your interactions and manage your list of potential clients in our CRM system.
This role is focused on the critical
front-end of the sales process
