Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Restaurant Manager in daily restaurant operations
  • Lead, motivate, and train the service team to deliver outstanding guest service
  • Oversee reservations, table allocations, and floor management
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Uphold the restaurants 5-star standards and ensure a seamless dining experience
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or junior management role in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy service
  • A passion for guest satisfaction and a keen eye for detail
  • Relevant hospitality qualification (advantageous)
