Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Restaurant Manager in daily restaurant operations
- Lead, motivate, and train the service team to deliver outstanding guest service
- Oversee reservations, table allocations, and floor management
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Uphold the restaurants 5-star standards and ensure a seamless dining experience
- Previous experience in a supervisory or junior management role in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy service
- A passion for guest satisfaction and a keen eye for detail
- Relevant hospitality qualification (advantageous)
