Job Summary Hospitality and Outdoor - New Vacancy- Junior Restaurant Manager Upmarket Restaurant - Pretoria - Gauteng An upmarket restaurant in Pretoria is seeking a Junior Restaurant Manager to join their small, dedicated team. This role is ideal for someone with some experience in hospitality who is eager to grow and be trained in the restaurant's unique service etiquette. The successful candidate must be reliable, committed, and able to work within a fixed roster. Job Requirements: ? 1-2 years' experience in hospitality or restaurant management (preferred) ? Willingness to be trained in service etiquette and restaurant standards ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills ? Ability to work Tuesday to Saturday, including Public Holidays ? Must be available during restaurant operating periods (no roster changes possible) ? Prepared to work in a small team with limited flexibility ? Professional, presentable, and customer-focused Package: ? Salary: R12 000 - R16 000 per month (depending on experience) ? Working Hours: Tuesday to Saturday (including Public Holidays) ? Off Days: Sundays and Mondays ? Annual Closure: Festive Season: 2-3 weeks Mid-Year (June/July): 1-2 weeks Start Date: ASAP
