to join our team. This dual-role position is responsible for supporting daily recruitment activities across various campaigns and managing front-desk operations. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment (Primary Role):
Assist in end-to-end recruitment for internal campaigns and external clients.
Post job ads, screen CVs, and conduct initial interviews or assessments.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the recruitment system.
Follow up with candidates and provide timely updates on application status.
Contribute to candidate sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
Reception & Office Support (Secondary Role):
Greet visitors and direct them appropriately.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls and emails.
Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and professional.
Handle basic administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and courier coordination.
Assist with office supplies inventory and ordering.
Support the HR or admin team with ad hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Matric certificate (Grade 12) is required.
Minimum
2 years of experience in recruitment
or a related HR role.
Experience in office administration or reception is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Professional verbal and written communication.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic recruitment platforms.
