Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage the full-cycle hiring process. The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, attract top talent, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities Develop and post job descriptions on job boards, career sites, and social platforms Source candidates using databases, social media, referrals, and networking Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews (phone/video/in-person) Coordinate interviews and communicate feedback between candidates and hiring teams Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Support onboarding and offer management as needed Stay up to date with labour laws and recruitment best practices

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously
