We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and support hiring across multiple departments.
Responsibilities:
? Source and screen candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals
? Coordinate interviews and work closely with hiring team throughout the process
? Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure a positive candidate experience
What we're looking for:
? 1+ years of experience in recruitment or HR
? Strong communication and organizational skills
? Proactive mindset with a genuine interest in learning and development
? Fluent in English, both written and spoken
