Responsibilities:

Site Verifications: Conducting on-site inspections and verifications to assess the progress of construction projects, ensuring that work aligns with plans and specifications.
Tender Documentations & RFQ's: Preparing tender documents and Requests for Quotation (RFQs) for various construction projects. This involves collecting and organizing project information for potential contractors or suppliers.
Monthly Evaluations: Regularly evaluating and monitoring the progress of construction projects on a monthly basis. This includes assessing costs, timelines, and quality standards.
Pricing, Estimating, BOQ & Buying: Performing tasks related to pricing and estimating construction projects. This involves developing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), which itemize the quantities and costs of materials, labour, and equipment required for a project. Additionally, the role may involve procurement tasks, such as purchasing materials and equipment for the projects.
