Join an agri team as a Junior Production Manager in the Western Cape!This role is ideal for someone passionate about agriculture and looking to take on a leadership position in table grape farming and packhouse operations. You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day activities on the farm, improving the quality of the grapes, and ensuring efficient packing and processing. Its a hands-on role that offers the chance to make a real impact on production outcomes.To qualify, you need at least 3 years of experience in both farming and packhouse management specifically for table grapes. An agricultural diploma or degree is a must, along with strong knowledge of fertilisation, irrigation systems, and how to manage pests and diseases.
