The Junior Payroll Administrator supports the payroll function by assisting with the accurate and timely processing
of employee pay.
This role is ideal for someone starting a career in payroll or HR, with strong attention to detail and an interest in learning payroll legislation and systems.

Key Responsibilities
Help respond to employee payroll queries in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate payroll records and employee files.
Assist with payroll reports and audits as required.
Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality requirements.
Processing of all UIF documentation
Skills & Competencies
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good numeracy skills
Basic IT skills, particularly Excel
Organised with the ability to meet deadlines
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn payroll software, legislation and procedures
Knowledge & Experience
Previous administrative experience preferred (payroll or HR desirable but not essential)
Basic understanding of payroll processes (training will be provided)
