Junior Marketing Co Ordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate, organised, and energetic Junior Marketing Co-ordinator to support the Group Marketing function. This role provides exposure to hands-on involvement in events, digital marketing, content creation, brand coordination, and supplier management.

Key Responsibilities



1. Multi-Brand Content Creation & Publishing



Develop, schedule, and publish social media content Co-ordinate content for newsletters, product updates, internal announcements, and website uploads. Draft and edit copy for brochures, one-pagers, case studies, presentations, and service descriptions. Maintain up-to-date content calendars and ensure on-time delivery of all campaigns. Upload and update content across websites (blogs, banners, service pages). Monitor social engagement and leads; compile weekly dashboards for management. Support SEO/Google Ads partners with content briefs and keyword suggestions. Track lead quality and assist sales teams with follow-up lists.

2. Event & Campaign Co-ordination



Assist with planning and executing events, demos, activations, and exhibitions. Co-ordinate photoshoots, video creation, and behind-the-scenes media. Manage the production and delivery of marketing materials (banners, merchandise, signage, handouts). Support the rollout of new service launches, offers, bundles, and seasonal campaigns.

3. Brand, Design & Supplier Management



Ensure consistent branding across all internal and external collateral. Brief designers (internal and external) on artwork requirements and track deliverables. Maintain a well-organised digital asset library for each brand. Assist with supplier quotes, purchase orders, and basic budget tracking. Keep campaign trackers, marketing calendars, and project sheets updated. Support customer database management and assist with automated marketing sequences. Prepare monthly marketing summaries showing performance, trends, and results. Work closely with printers, agencies, suppliers, and merchandise vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Skills & Competencies



Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks across different brands simultaneously. Basic understanding of social media, digital marketing, and brand communication. Strong attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on attitude. Comfortable with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Advantageous



Exposure to CRM, marketing automation, or sequencing tools. Understanding of SEO principles and Google Analytics. Any background in IT, technology, or managed services will be a bonus.

Qualifications



Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or similar OR 3 to 5 years marketing experience Portfolio or examples of previous social posts, copy, or design work is an advantage.
