Blackheath SuperSpar & TOPS
We are looking for a
dynamic, hands-on Junior Manager
to join our team and support the daily running of both theSPAR and TOPS stores
.Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing
TOPS weekly orders, promotions, merchandising & front end
EnsuringFood Safety, OHASA & Operational Standards
are followed Completingdaily operational and compliance checklists
Supporting both stores topass all internal & external audits
Ensuring theSPAR Operational Checklist
is consistently metWhat we're looking for:

quick thinker
with strong attention to detailEager to learn
, grow and take responsibility Able to work in afast-paced retail environment
