Bootlegger Coffee Company is looking for a
Junior Manager
to join our team at our
Blouberg
store.
This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership potential, hands-on hospitality experience, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the Store Manager with daily store operations
Leading shifts and managing staff on duty
Ensuring excellent customer service at all times
Assisting with staff supervision, training, and performance
Maintaining store standards, cleanliness, and presentation
Handling cash-ups, opening and closing procedures
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory or junior management role (hospitality preferred)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, professional, and well-presented
Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
