A firm of attorneys based in Gardens, Cape Town, is seeking a receptionist / junior secretary to provide key support to our office. This is a 1 (one) year fixed-term, office-based role ideal for someone who can work independently and be a good team player in a close-knit and purpose-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Answering calls and emails
Receiving clients and visitors
General admin support: managing files, correspondence, schedules and documentation
Typing (including dictation typing) of agreements and court process (Magistrate and High court)
Formatting and collation of documents
Data capturing and time recording
Company director's support (flight bookings, admin etc.)
Assisting with logistics for internal meetings or events
Managing office supplies and occasional errands
Requirements
Matric or equivalent qualification
MS Word, Excel and Outlook proficient
LegalSuite experience will be advantageous
Typing speed of 60 wpm or better and a good attention to detail
Professional telephone and reception etiquette
Minimum 1 year receptionist and admin experience
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
A team player who integrates well within a small firm
Pay is dependant on experience
This is a skilled profession. Do not apply if you do not have the relevant LEGAL secretarial experience.
