Job Summary A firm of attorneys based in Gardens, Cape Town is seeking a receptionist / junior secretary to provide key support to our office. This is a 1 (one) year fixed term, office-based role ideal for someone who can work independently and be a good team player in a close-knit and purpose-driven environment. Job Specification Key Responsibilities o Answering calls and emails o Receiving clients and visitors o General admin support: managing files, correspondence, schedules and documentation o Typing (including dictation typing) of agreements and court process (Magistrate and High court) o Formatting and collation of documents o Data capturing and time recording o Company director's support (flight bookings, admin etc.) o Assisting with logistics for internal meetings or events o Managing office supplies and occasional errands Requirements o Matric or equivalent qualification o MS Word, Excel and Outlook proficient o Legalsuite experience will be advantageous o Typing speed of 60 wpm or better and a good attention to detail o Professional telephone and reception etiquette o Minimum 1 year of receptionist and admin experience o Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle o A team player who integrates well within a small firm Job Type: 1 (one) year fixed term contract Pay: R10 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month, dependant on experience This is a skilled profession.
