Junior HelpDesk/IT Technician Position
Must be able to conduct interview Via Teams or Face to Face.
Salary R5K-R6K Neg.
We are looking for a Junior HelpDesk IT Technician to deliver the desired customer service experience.
Provide service and customer support remotely
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
Offering technical assistance on configuration, set up, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware, and software.
Training computer users.
Requirements:
Possess one years or more experience working in information technology environment
Strong ability to work without direct supervision, applying independent judgment in analyzing and resolving customers' problems
Strong knowledge and understanding of basic networking concepts, computer systems, hardware, and software.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: R4000,00 - R6000,00 per month
