We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable individual with a foundational understanding of IT support. You should be able to excel at solving technical issues, supporting end-users, and thriving under pressure. Strong organizational and administrative skills are key, as well as excellent communication skills. You will handle technical support requests with care and professionalism, ensuring attention to detail shines through in what you do.What is required:Providing efficient and proactive support of systems for all Village and Life members of staff, guests, or tenants. Challenging and result driven role, fulfilling the expectations of the group 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Sound knowledge of systems using Windows and MacOS as its Operating System, and MS Office suites. Attention to service delivery at the highest of standards, maintaining time management and priority levels.*This is fully on-site position, with no remote or hybrid work options available.Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Must speak, read, write and understand English at a professional level
• Microsoft Certification or Similar
• 1 to 3 years in IT Support role
