Our client based in Edgemead- Cape Town is currently looking for a Junior IT Technician to join their dynamic team!About the company:
They provide comprehensive IT and digital services, including hosting, Office 365, VOIP, networking, hardware/software sales, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and support. They also offer design, branding, web development, SEO, and Google Apps integration, with expertise across both PC and Apple platform.Role Overview:
This full-time, on-site position involves providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues. You will play a key role in maintaining IT systems and assisting employees with a variety of IT-related challenges.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues.
- Maintain and monitor IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot network configurations and assist with systems administration.
- Prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in IT systems, with a strong ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Excellent communication skills to assist users with technical problems.
- Familiarity with network configurations and systems administration.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Certification in IT-related fields is a plus.
