Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems
  • Implement security measures
  • Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements
  • Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items
  • End user Support in country
  • Perform infrastructure support
  • On/Off Boarding of users
  • Configuration support
  • Install/uninstall computer and mobile clients
  • Hardware Failure: Diagnose, Support & Coordination
  • Forward for Break fix
  • Service Management
  • Ticket handling for local support
  • Manage IT Consumables
  • Display, keyboards, mice, headsets, etc.
  • Mobile Voice subscription: Management & support
  • Asset management
  • Lifecycle support
  • Inventory control
  • Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
Through exposure and training on:
  • Customer Service in the engineering environment
  • Management Decision-Making
  • Troubleshooting
  • Internal tools, equipment and processes improvements
Including development and training on:
  • Interpersonal & communication skills
  • Organizational & management skills
  • Online reporting tools and Microsoft Office applications
  • Business Learning
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Customer service
What do I need to qualify?
  • Skilled/ Degree in Information Technology / Computer Engineering
  • Understanding of IT Service Management
