Onsite Junior IT Technician (JB4043)

R9000 per month
Duration: Permanent

We are seeking a highly motivated Onsite Junior Technician to join our clients team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in providing technical support to existing customers either onsite or in the office. The primary responsibility of the Onsite Junior Technician is to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems for our clients.

The ideal candidates will hold certification in A+ and N+

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
A+ and N+ certifications are required.
Solid understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide onsite and in-office technical support to existing customers.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives.
