The Junior IT Engineer provides frontline (1st Line) and basic escalated (2nd Line) technical support in a Microsoft Windows and Office 365 environment. The role includes daily operational tasks, device preparation, user setups, and support in a call?centre-style environment
Experience Required:
Must have an A+ qualification.
An N+ qualification will be an advantage; however, the successful candidate will be required to complete the N+ within three months of accepting the position.
Previous work experience in a similar role. (Call centre environment)
Skills Required:
Communication - explaining technical issues clearly
Time Management - handling tickets efficiently
Professionalism & Presentation - interacting with users calmly and confidently
Work Ethic & Accountability - following processes; owning tasks
Teamwork - collaborating with other engineers and departments
Customer Service Orientation - especially in call-centre
