Junior Internal/external Sales Administrator
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Internal Sales Administrator & Junior Sales Representative to join our team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for growth and development, as it encompasses both internal and external sales responsibilities.
The successful candidate will split their time between office-based order processing and client engagement, and field-based sales activities, including visiting clients.
We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a desire to grow within the company.
Ideally, candidates should live in a 20km radium from Marconi Beam, Cape Town.
REQUIREMENTS
Sales and customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communication
Excellent telephone etiquette
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Persuasive and confident sales techniques
Customer-focused mindset
Administrative and organisational skills
Accurate order processing and data entry
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with CRM or sales/order management systems
Strong attention to detail
Time management and ability to prioritise tasks
Interpersonal and teamwork skills
Positive and professional attitude
Collaborative team player
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
External sales and field work readiness
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Comfortable presenting products/services face-to-face
