JUNIOR SALES ADMINISTRATOR (F/M/D)
Responsibilities
Accurately capture and manage customer orders ensuring timely creation of quotes, sales orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide updates on order status and freight, and handle complaints, credit applications, and overdue payment follow-ups.
Prepare and manage essential sales documents including credit/debit notes, special pricing files, point of delivery, and local content letters, ensuring compliance and accessibility.
Monitor stock availability, follow up on stock-outs and converting orders, and initiate change requests based on forecast reviews to maintain customer satisfaction.
Perform month-end duties, attend internal meetings, support sample preparation, and provide backup support for regional administrators in branch locations.
Qualifications
Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
1-2 years of sales or administrative experience.
Working knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, along with strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
Ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on administrative processes efficiently and reliably.
