Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Industrial Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will analyse processes, improve efficiency, and implement systems to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness. You will work collaboratively with various departments to optimize operations and support company objectives. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fintech industry, making it ideal for individuals looking to grow in this field.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse data utilizing tools like PowerBI, and native ERP functionalities to produce detailed reports for management to optimize their processes Analyse and improve service processes and workflow to increase efficiency and reduce cost/time Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and bottleneck analysis. Design and implement systems that integrate people, processes, and technology. Introduce and implement continuous improvement methodologies. Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures with quality control systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals. Create and embed supply chain and inventory management systems in the ERP system. Assist in equipment layout planning and office floor optimization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering 1-3 years of relevant experience

Key Competencies:

Strong collaborative, analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of ERP systems and production planning software is an advantage. Proficiency in data analysis, statistics, workflow mapping and reporting tools. Proficiency in process improvement and optimization Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects. Adaptability to a dynamic work environment.

Preferred Experience/Knowledge:

Previous exposure to Fintech industry in South Africa, an advantage. Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

Salary Range:

Competitive, based on qualifications and experience.
