Key Performance Areas: The successful applicant will be responsible for the completion of daily HR
administration and will be expected to play a supporting role in a generalist capacity to the HR Officer to
achieve departmental objectives and service delivery. The successful candidate will be resilient under
pressure and be deadline driven.
Knowledge and Skills: This position requires an individual with a 3-year tertiary HR qualification and 2
years related Human Resources experience preferably gained in a manufacturing environment. The
successful candidate should have experience in Sage 300 People, experience in medical aid reconciliation,
working knowledge of EEA, LRA, Skills Development Act, and BCEA. The successful candidate will be able
to communicate effectively with all levels within the company, have strong administrative and report writing
abilities and be highly service orientated.
