Junior HR Officer Parow | Salary: 18k 20k (max)
Purpose of Job:
The Junior HR Officer will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, compiling and submitting HR reports, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, tracking organizational headcount and labour costs, conducting disciplinary actions, handling employee terminations, and overseeing induction training. Additionally, the role involves providing customer support, assisting the payroll team, implementing EE and BBBEE plans, supporting audits, guiding managers on disciplinary issues, and ensuring data accuracy across HR systems. The candidate must possess a Matric/Grade 12 certificate, a National Diploma in Human Resources, and advanced MS Excel skills. A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience, automotive industry familiarity, Mibco and Merseta knowledge, and proficiency in English and Afrikaans are required.
Minimum Qualifications / Education:
Matric / Grade 12 certificate
National Diploma in Human Resources
MS Excel Advanced
Knowledge and Experience:
2-3 years of relevant experience (automotive industry advantageous)
Knowledge of Mibco and Merseta
Strong administration skills
Fluent in English & Afrikaans
Working knowledge of BCEA, LRA, POPIA, SDA, and EE
