We require an ambitious, responsible and self-motivated individual to fill the following vacancy that exists as a Junior HR Clerk at our Head Office in Cape Town.
Minimum Requirements
National Diploma in Human Resource Management or relevant qualification Minimum of 6-months experience Basic knowledge of Microsoft, Excel, Outlook and Word Basic Sage 300 knowledge (preferably)
Administer HR Reports Administer and complete labour inspection requirements from the department of labour. Administer Provident fund form submissions. Assist stores with the completion of I.O.D forms and capture the information on the system. Administer the application of loans and staff advances Capture warnings and Terminations ESS Reset passwords Ad-hoc duties
Skills and Attributes
Ability to work as part of a team, whilst applying own initiative Excellent analytical and good admin skills with accuracy and attention to detail. Must apply tact, discretion and confidentiality, whilst delivering excellent customer service Analytical skills, with good communication skills Ability to work under pressure Must be able to meet deadlines Team player Highly organized
