To provide support to the Human Resources team by performing HR administrative duties.
Key Duties:
Recruitment Administration:
Receive approved job advert from HR Officer and distribute on applicable job platforms and on internal noticeboards
Shortlisting CVs, setting up interviews, and conducting reference checks, predominantly for fortnightly vacancies
Scheduling of probation reviews
Exit interview scheduling.
HR Administration:
Maintaining accurate employee records and filing systems
Updating payroll with staff changes
Preparing HR correspondence and documentation
Assisting with staff engagement initiatives and training logistics
Minimum Requirments:
Certificate, Ddiploma or Ddegree will be advantageous
At least 1-2 years in HR administration or recruitment support.
Strong computer literacy, especially MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Deadline-driven and comfortable to work under pressure
Innovative and able to work without supervision
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent planning and organising skills
Confident and self-assured
Energetic, highly motivated and performance orientated
