Job Description


Position: Junior Helpdesk Support

Location: Edgemead (Office-Based)

Salary: R12,500 (Depending on experience)

Experience: Minimum 1 year in internet support

Requirements:

Familiarity with Mikrotik, Ubiquiti Software & Hardware

Proficiency in Radius Manager Software

Basic internet support and telephonic troubleshooting skills

Fluency in English & Afrikaans

Additional Criteria:

Ability to work under pressure

8 am to 5 pm availability (own transportation required)

Must be available for after-hours support
