The Junior FOH Manager will play a key leadership role, managing a team of 30 waiters and ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless, world-class experience from arrival to departure.
About the Role
Oversee all front of house operations, including restaurant floor management, reservations, and guest relations.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of 30 waiters, ensuring service excellence and adherence to brand standards.
Work closely with the Head Chef and back of house team to deliver a harmonious dining experience of food and service.
Maintain strict standards of presentation, cleanliness, and efficiency throughout the dining room.
Handle guest feedback with professionalism, ensuring prompt resolution and continuous improvement.
Manage FOH administration, including scheduling, payroll inputs, stock and beverage controls, and supplier liaison.
Proven experience at a junior management level at a high-end or fine dining restaurant.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a large service team.
A passion for guest service excellence, with impeccable attention to detail.
Solid knowledge of wine service, spirits, cocktails, and food pairing.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining the highest professional standards.
Salary & Benefits
R16,000 - per month, depending on experience.
