Front of House Manager

We are looking for a Senior Front of House Manager to join our team and work closely with the General Manager. This is a key leadership role requiring a reliable and experienced hospitality professional who can inspire, support, and manage a high-performing team while ensuring that every guest leaves with a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily front of house operations, ensuring smooth service and excellent guest experience.

Support and work alongside the General Manager in staff training, performance, and scheduling.

Lead by example with a hands-on approach to floor management.

Maintain the highest service standards and consistently deliver warm, professional hospitality.

Manage reservations, floor planning, and guest relations.

Assist with stock control, reporting, and administrative duties where required.

Ensure a strong communication flow between kitchen and service teams.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a senior front of house or management position.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

A deep understanding of hospitality service standards and guest relations.

Highly organized, reliable, and calm under pressure.

Good knowledge of food and wine with a passion for delivering excellence.

Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
